Dai Yang Tian together with Jeanette Aw, possible?

Recently, I had lunch with the bunch of experts behind ‘The Little Nyonya’ and we gossiped a lot (what else to do together, right?). The EP told me that before she started filming, she would usually pair the ‘couples’ up and get a ‘feel’ of their level of ‘intimacy’… One such couple which left an impression in her was Jeanette Aw and Dai Yang Tian.

It was the first time both met up and they were obviously shy and lacked all the intimate gestures and postures typical of a 'couple-in-love'. The EP decided to go for a ‘short-gun’ tactic and gotten the two stars to give each other a real passionate hug and deep kiss (lips to lips). That kiss sealed the ‘feel’ and ‘relationship’ necessary for the filming later on. According to the EP, DYT is quite a good screen kisser even though he only had so few years in the industry…

He later on told the EP that he was actually quite nervous doing such an intimate scene with Jeanette, he said his heart was like beating very fast. He was glad JA was professional about it and helped him get into the character. No wonder until today, he still picked JA as the female co-star that he had the most ‘feel’ …

In all the dramas he was in, he had kissed Dawn Yeoh (Taste of Love) and Teresa Tsang (Table of Glory now at 9pm on Channel 8). But it was still Jeanette Aw’s kiss that gave him those ‘extra heartbeats’…hmmnn…

I read a lot of fans’ comments hoping to see them together for real… Not so sure about it as Jeanette is in reality…ahem…older than him… Aiyah, acting only lah, no need to get real (or your fans may jump off the buildings you know… haha).

A reporter just emailed me and told me his mother interrupted a conversation with him last night because she wanted to watch 'the handsome one in the ping-pong show'. Guess, aunties and grandmas are beginning to become his fans too...

Congratulations to Dai Yang Tian! He is in the 2nd most 'Google' position (his drama 'Table of Glory' is No.1 most-Google' according to the Google list of most-searched). Way to go for a newbie...
