A wishing well that genuinely grants your desires is a handy prop to have in a drama and the one in the upcoming drama Rhythm of Life is perhaps the true star in the 20-episode. Otherwise, how can we enjoy three different endings to every character in the show and dramatic twists like Jesseca Liu's character Zhiling dying and coming back to life?
She's not the only one to meet the Grim Reaper too. From the photos and interviews, we see that at least two other lead characters met with unfortunate demises; but with three endings, which deaths is the final one remains a seat-gripping secret to the end.
Other plot turns we've discovered: Dawn Yeoh's character Feifei goes bonkers after disfiguring her pretty face, Feifei accidentally causes Zhiling's miscarriage, Jeanette Aw's Xiaorou marries Elvin Ng's Zhiyuan in an Indian-themed wedding at the Taj Mahal, and Julian Hee's Cockroach and Zzen's Tianbao gets foul of the law with Cockroach appearing to have met some nasty mishap.
For the true story and final ending, you've just got to keep pace with the Rhythm of Life, from May 5, weeknights at 9pm.
