Summary for the last episode:
Dashun learns Zijing is at the home of his cousin Tai, in Malacca. As he is busy, he asks Kaiwang to bring Zijing home. Kaiwang is about to leave for Malacca when Erbo turns up with her folded lotus flowers. Caixia ruins the paper lotuses and tells her off for trying to win Kaiwang's heart.
Kaiwang arrives at Tai's house. However, Zijing no longer has confidence in Kaiwang and tries to avoid him. As Zijing is too embarrassed to face Baozuan and Dashun, she leaves alone. A vehicle drives towards her and throws her off balance.
Kaiwang returns without Zijing. He vows to make something of himself, so that he can give her a stable life. He also promises to help Dashun with the flower business. Lu Gua dabbles in peddling dope. He loses all his goods during a police raid.
Haitong stops Dashun from giving Linglan $50,000 to save Lu Gua. Jin insists Lu Gua has cheated him of his goods. Lu Gua blames Haitong. Everyone, including Linglan, is resentful that Haitong refuses to help.
Meiwei buys Wenhao a meal before he leaves for Australia. Miaochang sees Meiwei at the hotel and runs after her. She is killed in an accident. Wenhao is devastated by Miaochang's death. Dashun has no choice but to tell him the truth.
Dashun announces that Wenhao will now become a part of their family. He allows Wenhao and Linglan to help Haitong out at the nursery. Wenhao recognises that there is deep enmity between the sisters. He braces himself for a family confrontation.
